What we collect

• Your email address, used to sign you in and to verify your account.
• Your first name, last name and country, used to personalise the demo interface.
• Optional profile details you choose to add: date of birth, address and phone number.
• Your simulated wallet, portfolio, transactions and support messages.
• Security events such as sign-ins and simulated balance changes.

What we never collect

• Wallet seed phrases, private keys or secret recovery codes.
• Government identification documents, passport or driver's licence numbers.
• Social security or national insurance numbers.
• Bank account, card or exchange credentials.

How it is stored

Data is stored in a managed database with per-account access rules, so your records can only be read by your own signed-in session. Passwords and demo wallet PINs are stored only as one-way hashes and are never visible to us or in the application code.

Your choices

You can export your data or permanently delete your demo account at any time from the Settings page. Deletion removes your profile, wallet, portfolio and transaction history.
